Pharma telecaller

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, healthcare professionals, and pharmacies.
• Promote and explain pharmaceutical products and services clearly and accurately.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, usage, and pricing.
• Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.
• Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs, Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Handle any complaints or concerns effectively and professionally.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong command of hind English.

Requirements

• Age above 20 to 28 years.
