Teaching : PGT Chemistry teachers are responsible for delivering lectures, conducting discussions, and facilitating laboratory experiments in their specialized field of chemistry. Research : In many cases, PGT teachers are also expected to be actively engaged in research within their area of expertise and may supervise postgraduate research projects. Assessment and Grading : Evaluating students' performance through assignments, exams, and research work and assigning grades accordingly. Professional Development : Staying current with advancements in the field of chemistry and education to continually enhance their teaching methods and content.
