Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability test plans and scripts.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and work with development teams to provide tuning recommendations.
- Analyze test results and create detailed performance test reports.
- Simulate user traffic using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar.
- Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and QA to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
- Establish baselines and benchmarks for performance metrics.
- Provide input into architecture and system design with a performance perspective.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables related to performance testing
