Job Description: Performance Testing Engineer (JMeter + LoadRunner)

Position: Performance Testing Engineer (JMeter + LoadRunner)
Experience: 2 to 13 years
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Chennai/Mumbai/Hyderabad

Required Skills

• Relevant years of experience in software testing with strong expertise in Performance Testing.
• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner for performance, load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts including workload modeling, bottleneck analysis, and capacity planning.
• Experience in designing, developing, and executing performance test scripts using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Good understanding of web technologies, HTTP/HTTPS protocols, REST APIs, and application architecture.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.
• Experience in monitoring and analyzing system performance using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana, Splunk, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.
• Experience in performance testing of web applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database
