Dear candidates,

We are looking for Performance Testing Engineer who can join immediately. We have Bangalore and Chennai locations. Interested candidates please apply.

• 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner and/or Apache JMeter.
• Experience in Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance (Soak), and Volume Testing.
• Good knowledge of Performance Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Performance Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in Performance Monitoring using tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Web Services, HTTP/HTTPS, and Microservices.
• Good knowledge of SQL and database performance analysis.
• Experience with Linux/Unix commands and log analysis.
• Exposure to Jenkins, Git, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Role & responsibilities :

In-depth knowledge in performance testing process

Should be able to own and complete performance testing projects from requirements gathering till results delivery

Hands on experience in Requirements gathering, test design, Script development, test executions, analysis and reporting

Hands on experience required in Root cause analysis, and capable of performing POCs and suggesting recommendations to Development teams for performance improvement

Experience working with AWS Cloud monitoring

Tools knowledge required : Expert experience in JMeter & Selenium, Experience in Load runner, App Dynamics, AWS Cloud watch, Chrome Developer Tools

Programming experience in Java/Python

Should be able to adapt to changing technologies and tools.
