Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with expertise in performance, load, stress, and scalability testing for web applications, APIs, and industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in performance test planning, execution, monitoring, analysis, and reporting using modern performance testing tools and CI/CD practices.
Role & responsibilities
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests.
- Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks.
- Create performance test strategies, plans, and reports.
- Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor test executions using Grafana, Prometheus, and InfluxDB.
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system performance.
- Provide performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong understanding of application architecture, networking, and databases.
- Exposure to cloud-based performance testing environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
