Service Line Infosys Quality Engineering
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Design and execute performance test plans using Load Runner and JMeter. Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with development teams to integrate performance testing into the software development lifecycle. Utilize Dynatrace for monitoring and diagnostics to ensure optimal application performance. Prepare detailed reports and documentation of test findings and recommendations. Minimum Qualifications: BTech, BCA, B.E, or BSc degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5-15 years of experience in performance testing with proficiency in Load Runner and JMeter. Strong analytical skills to interpret test results and identify performance issues.
Additional Responsibilities: • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills
