Performance Marketing Manager- D2C

Role & responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various performance channels including Google , META, AMS, PLA/PCA etc.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data and using insights to adjust and optimize marketing efforts for maximum impact and ROI.
• Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring that campaigns are cost-effective while delivering on KPIs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, design, content, and product) to ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines, user experience, and business objectives.
• Shopify Management: Drive end-to-end ownership of our D2C store from performance tracking, CRO, A/B testing, to ensuring a seamless shopping experience
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor performance, and emerging digital marketing technologies to drive innovative performance marketing strategies.
• Customer Segmentation: Leverage data to create targeted audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to specific groups, improving relevance and engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have experience in D2C
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads and other marketing platforms.
• Solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPA, CPC, ROAS, and CLTV.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
