Performance Marketer

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to take complete ownership of our paid marketing initiatives. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns independently to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
-Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other paid channels
-Own end-to-end campaign execution including audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, and budget allocation
-Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and LTV
-Conduct A/B testing across ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and funnels to enhance performance
-Analyze campaign data and derive actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, ad platforms, and attribution tools
-Collaborate with content and design teams to improve campaign outcomes
-Manage and optimize marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI
-Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing

Skills & Requirements:
-4-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
-Strong expertise in running ads across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
-Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale campaigns without supervision
-Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Solid understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking
-Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
-Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on continuous optimization
