Job Description

Bachelor s degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years in IT industry, with 2-5 years specializing in Performance Engineering
Minimum 2-5 years hands on experience with load testing tools JMeter and LoadRunner Enterprise
Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Required Skills:

Ability to work with Product Owners and Development teams to create performance requirements documents and test plans
Expertise in creating, planning, and executing load test scripts using both LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter testing tool suites
Hands-on experience in generating reports and delivering analysis findings to stakeholders
Must be comfortable creating new test scripts, as well as maintaining existing scripts, scenarios, and repositories.
Must have recent experience working in an environment focused on Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline methodologies
