We are seeking a dedicated Performance and Systems Engineer to join our team
This role is critical in ensuring our platforms high efficiency and reliability, particularly under varying loads
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in performance engineering and system analysis, with a strong background in using advanced tools to monitor, analyze, and enhance system performance across both applications and databases

Responsibility

Implement strategies to optimize the performance of the platform, ensuring it operates efficiently even under high load conditions.
Conduct rigorous load testing to identify system bottlenecks and potential failure points, using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
Set up and manage monitoring solutions using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to continuously track system performance and health.
Analyze performance data to identify and resolve bottlenecks in application logic and database performance.
Adjust system parameters and configurations to improve throughput and reduce latency, ensuring optimal performance.
Work closely with backend developers, database administrators, and cloud engineers to coordinate performance enhancement strategies.
Regularly report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the development team and management. Document performance issues and resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication abilities to effectively report findings and make recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of system architecture and experience with both applications and database performance tuning.
Experience with scripting and automation tools is highly desirable.
