The role focuses on operational excellence, including maintaining data integrity, contributing to knowledge assets, and collaborating with the wider team to ensure platforms remain reliable, efficient, and user-centric. The Analyst supports a seamless user experience while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Monitor support queues, meet SLAs, and maintain clear, accurate case notes to support traceability and audit requirements.
  • Assist with executing EIBs and processing Service Request cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to system controls and established procedures.
  • Use, maintain, and contribute to knowledge articles and work instructions, ensuring content reflects system functionality and support processes.
  • Maintain the teams internal knowledge base by keeping content up to date, ensuring alignment with defined support processes.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing by executing test scripts, recording results, and identifying defects or unexpected system behaviour.

  • Handle system and personal data responsibly, ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal data governance policies.
  • Support audit, data quality, and housekeeping activities as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience using case or ticket management systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience maintaining accurate system data, records, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Ability to follow established processes and controls, understand dependencies, perform basic issue analysis, and escalate appropriately.
  • Understanding of GDPR and responsible handling of sensitive employee data.
  • Strong customer service, written communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Exposure to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or regression testing.
