We are currently seeking a talented and experienced People Business Partner to join our Corporate team. As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with the Corporate leadership team to drive the people strategy and initiatives that support the overall business objectives. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Corporate leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals

- Provide guidance and support on all people-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development

- Partner with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent for the Corporate team

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR programs

- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on organizational design, change management, and employee engagement initiatives
