PEGA Professional

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain PEGA applications according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Utilize PEGA framework features such as case management, workflow automation, and integration capabilities.
• Conduct unit testing and support system testing for developed applications.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PEGA applications in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a PEGA Developer with [X] years of hands-on experience in PEGA 7.x or 8.x.
• Strong knowledge of PEGA components including data models, user interfaces, activities, and agents.
• Experience with PEGA integration using REST, SOAP, and other technologies.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development processes.

Preferred Skills:

• PEGA certification(s) (e.g., Certified Pega Business Analyst, Certified Pega Developer).
• Experience with PEGA Guardrails and best practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools related to PEGA deployment.
• Understanding of industry frameworks applicable to PEGA applications.
