Job Requirements*
4 to 6 years of Pega Decisioning work experience.
ProficiencyinPegatools,includingDecisioning,Marketing,andCustomerService.
Strongunderstandingofdecisioningconcepts,rules,andstrategieswithinthePegaplatform. Ability to work on NBA Designer, real-time container management, and interaction history.
Key Responsibilities*
Designing,implementing,andmaintainingapplicationswithinthePegaCustomerDecisionHub,focusingonoptimizingcustomerinteractionsanddecision-makingprocesses.
Customizing decision strategies, managing customer intents and integrating various data sources.
Through testing of application to ensure functionality and performance. Involved in debugging and resolving issues that arise during development and deployment.
Pega cloud infrastructure and Upgrade knowledge.
Understanding of PDC, tracer, Pega logs and other tools for production monitoring.
