Pega Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using Pega PRPC (Pega Platform for Customer Relationship Management) framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data integrity, and user experience.
• Develop technical documentation for Pega applications and provide training to end-users.

Job Requirements :

• 6-11 years of experience in Pega development with a strong understanding of CSA (Customer Service Assistant) certification.
• Proficiency in developing complex rulesets, classes, and interfaces in Pega PRPC.
• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
