Required Qualication:

Candidate must hold a valid CSSA certication.
Strong system design capability leveraging Pega platform features is mandatory.
Good working knowledge of Pega frameworks such as Customer Service (CS), Robotics, and Decisioning is
required.

Minimum 46 years of hands-on experience working with Pega technology.
Experience working with Pega Financial Services frameworks is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
Strong expertise in Pega Case Management, Integrations, and Security is mandatory.
Good understanding of Pega GenAI capabilities, including Agentic AI concepts, is required.
Candidate should be self-driven, proactive in problem-solving, and capable of collaborating eectively within a
team environment.
