Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop Pega applications to meet specified requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices in Pega architecture and application development.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Pega applications for performance.
- Maintain and upgrade Pega applications as necessary to ensure peak performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pega Developer.
- Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC architecture and its components.
- Familiarity with Java, J2EE, XML, and web services.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
