Job Title: SSA/ Lead Consultant

Job Role: Tech Lead Pega Development

Job Type: Full Time

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days per week Work From Office)

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar, Gurgaon, Pune

Mandatory: • Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification

Core Pega skills

• Strong understanding of case management parent/child cases, parallel processing, locking, data propagation
• Hands-on experience with Flows, Screen Flows, Activities, SLAs, Tickets, OOTB flow shapes
• Good working knowledge of Declarative Rules, Data Pages, Decision rules, Background processing
• Experience with integrations REST, Email, File, MQ, JMS (sync & async patterns)
• Working knowledge of Report Definitions and Insights

Delivery & Quality

• Experience integrating Pega with external systems and platforms
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, especially in Constellation applications
• Familiarity with manual deployments and CI/CD / Deployment Manager
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance Pega applications across Pega 8.x and Pega 25.x platforms in accordance with Pega guardrails and best practices.
• Participate in endtoend solution design and implementation, translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega solutions.
• Participate in lowcode, OOTBfirst designs, minimising customisation and promoting reuse across the enterprise.
• Analyse functional and nonfunctional requirements and produce highquality technical designs and rapid prototypes.
• Maintain advanced knowledge of Pega architecture, design patterns, and implementation practices.
• Stay current with latest Pega platform features, tools, and capabilities, proactively identifying opportunities to improve solution quality and delivery.
• Advocate and drive adoption of enterprisewide reusable components and design standards within Pega.
• Enable the growth of Pega Citizen Development through guidance, internal knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills when resolving complex application or design issues, working collaboratively with teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to standard coding, testing, and quality assurance practices.

Preferred Qualification: (Optional/Good to have)

• Experience in any of the Pega frameworks, Underwriting, CS, CRM, CPM, BFSI, Smart Dispute, Smart Investigate, CLM-KYC.
• PEGA System administration, PDC, PAL, PLA, JAVA, Unix, PL/SQL, DB Skills.
• Able to assist the Senior Architect in Design and integration and estimates.
• Able to mentor junior members in the team and help them technically.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
