Pediatric Interventional Cardiologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures in pediatric patients.
• Evaluate and manage congenital heart disease (CHD) in neonates, infants, and children.
• Conduct pre-procedure assessments, risk evaluations, and post-procedure care.
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic data (e.g., echocardiograms, angiograms).
• Collaborate with pediatric cardiac surgeons, anesthetists, and intensive care teams.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of procedures and patient records.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and clinical audit programs.
• Participate in academic, research, and teaching activities as required.
• MBBS, DM/DNB/ Fellowship in Cardiology
• Should be capable of handling a variety of interventional cardiology cases including Coronary Angiographies, Angioplasties from the radial route, Implantation of devices in Pediatrics like PDA, Stenting, VSD,ASD, BPV, BAV, AP Window
