Job Title: Manager- Payroll
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for deployed employees.
- Validate attendance, leave, and salary inputs.
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely salary disbursement.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS).
- Prepare payslips, Full & Final (F&F) settlements, and payroll MIS reports.
- Handle payroll team operations and client interactions.
