Payroll Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage US Payroll processing for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee EMEA payroll operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication regarding payroll-related matters.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 11-14 years of experience in a similar role within the IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong knowledge of US Payroll (Federal, State, Local) and EMEA region's tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale payroll processes using various software applications such as ADP or similar systems.
