Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain legal compliance by ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare monthly compliance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of TDS returns (TCS) to the Income Tax Department.
- Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in HR processes and implement changes as needed.
