Qualifications:
- 2-7 years relevant experience in India payroll operations
- Should have sound knowledge of India Payroll and statutory compliances
- Demonstrated understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
- Specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data.
- Good Communication skills(both written & verbal)
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office Excel
- Working knowledge on HR systems (Workday) would be added advantage
