Payroll Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll using ADP.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including invoice processing, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
• Support AP/AR activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Utilize NetSuite for financial transactions and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve payroll and payment-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

• 25+ years of experience in Payroll and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
• Hands-on experience with ADP, NetSuite, Payroll, and Accounts Payable (AP/AP-AR).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
