Job Description
Title: - Patient Caller / Senior Patient Caller (RCM)
Shift: US EST Zone
Experience: 1-4 years
Location: Chennai
Responsibilities:
Patient Support
Appointments : Scheduling, Rescheduling & cancelling appointment and appointment confirmation.
Prescriptions / Medication: Prescriptions refills, Medication clarification and Queries
Post OP services: Follow-ups on patient for Device clinic update and Following up with patient for Transitional care post discharge.
Documentation & Uploads: Uploading test results (Echo, Vascular & Stress Test, EKG) on daily basis and forwarding it to pcp
