Job Description
- Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet metal parts BIW part evaluation & failure analysis
- Technical guidance to vendor for Sheet metal parts manufacturing process
- Sheet metal stamping , welding and material technical know how should be available
- Part & Process evaluations preferable for new product development
- Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors
- PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors
- Advance Quality planning for new parts development
- Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models
