Job Description
Knowledge of manufacturing process of Sheet metal parts > BIW part evaluation & failure analysis. > Technical guidance to vendor for Sheet metal parts manufacturing process. > Sheet metal stamping , welding and material technical know how should be available. > Part & Process evaluations preferable for new product development. > Planning for zero defect production lines setup at Vendors. > PFMEA and required actions planning with vendors. > Advance Quality planning for new parts development. >Analysis of part quality issues & countermeasure planning for mass production models
