Part-Time Video Shooter & Editor

We are hiring a Part-Time Video Shooter & Editor who can handle end-to-end content creation including on-field shooting when needed and delivering polished edits on time. You should be confident working independently, managing timelines, and maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit on-field locations when required for shoots and capture professional-looking footage
• Plan and shoot content: interviews, B-roll, event highlights, brand walkthroughs, product/service shots
• Edit high-retention reels/shorts with strong hooks and clean pacing
• Edit long-form videos (interviews/podcasts/events) into structured, engaging content
• Create cut-downs from master footage (15s/30s/45s/60s)
• Add subtitles, sound design, transitions, and light motion graphics
• Audio mixing: clear voice, balanced music, noise reduction
• Deliver revisions quickly and coordinate with the content team for approvals

Required Skills

• Strong command over shooting on mobile/camera with stable framing and clean audio capture
• Strong editing skills in one tool: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Canva
• Good understanding of social media formats and platform-first editing
• Reliable turnaround time and deadline discipline
• Comfortable traveling locally for shoots when required
• Multi-cam interview editing experience
• Thumbnail sense for YouTube

Commitment

• 6 to 7 hours/day
• Shoot schedules may require flexible hours on specific days
