Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD)/Citrix DaaS, Apache Guacamole, and Microsoft RDP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and technical teams to support customer engagements, solution design, technical presentations, architecture discussions, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and recommend secure remote access and VDI solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and architecture workshops.
• Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical validations.
• Prepare solution architectures, technical proposals, and effort estimations.
• Collaborate with sales teams during customer meetings and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to VDI and remote access technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) or Citrix DaaS.
• Strong expertise in Apache Guacamole and Microsoft RDP technologies.
• Experience designing and architecting secure remote access solutions.
• Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and virtualization.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or pre-sales roles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) or VMware Horizon.
• Knowledge of MFA, SSO, VPN, and Zero Trust security concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Relevant Citrix or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
