Position: Performance Engineer (Part-Time)

Location: Permanent Remote

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Shift: Minimum 5 hours between 07:00 PM 03:30 AM IST

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years

Required Skills:

• Performance Monitoring & Observability: Datadog, Catchpoint, Akamai

• Programming & Automation: Python, Playwright
• Performance Engineering: Web Performance Analysis, Performance Testing
• Core Web Vitals: LCP, INP, CLS
• Frontend Performance Optimization

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor application performance and identify bottlenecks.

• Execute performance testing and analyze results.
• Improve website performance, including Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS).
• Automate testing and monitoring processes using Python and Playwright.
• Provide performance reports and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance application performance and user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Datadog, Catchpoint, Akamai, Python, and Playwright.

• Strong understanding of web application architecture and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
