Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to implement solutions using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals. Continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications to maintain compatibility and optimal functionality are key aspects of daily activities.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding updates and releases.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Functional Testing, UI , Regression, End-To-End Testing, Bug Tracking

Experience in designing and executing functional test cases to validate application features and workflows.

Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to enhance testing efficiency.

Ability to analyze test results and identify defects or areas for improvement.

Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during application configuration and testing.

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and release management processes.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Functional Testing.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
