Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective solutions is a key part of daily activities.


Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical configurations.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and its integration capabilities.

Experience in configuring workflows, business rules, and service catalog items within ServiceNow HRSD.

Ability to utilize APIs and low-code tools to customize and extend application functionality.

Familiarity with release management processes and version control in a SaaS environment.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
