As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is an integral part of the daily routine.


Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.

Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.

Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.

Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.

Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.


Professional & Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Talend ETL.

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration workflows using Talend ETL.

Familiarity with APIs and their integration within packaged or cloud-based applications.

Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionalities.

Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.

Understanding of release management processes and version control systems.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Talend ETL.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
