As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the design and continuous improvement of packaged or software as a service solutions. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions.

Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Axway API Management Platform.

Experience in designing and managing API gateways and related middleware components.

Strong knowledge of integration patterns and service-oriented architecture principles.

Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide effective resolutions.

Familiarity with release management processes and configuration control in SaaS environments.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Axway API Management Platform.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
