Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.


Professional Technical Skills:


Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong knowledge of platform configuration, customization, and integration techniques within ServiceNow environments.

Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes for packaged or SaaS applications.

Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that balance technical performance with business and vendor constraints.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues and providing effective solutions to maintain system stability and performance.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
