Experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in designing, leading, and delivering large-scale enterprise integration programs. Proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives, defining integration strategies, managing global delivery teams, and implementing scalable API-led architectures across cloud and on-premise ecosystems. Strong expertise in MuleSoft, Salesforce CRM, and enterprise integration technologies, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions while ensuring successful program execution. Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise integration programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
Define and drive enterprise integration strategies, architecture roadmaps, and API governance frameworks.
Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions leveraging API-led connectivity principles.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including architects, developers, business analysts, and QA resources.
Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, and architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Establish best practices for integration design, API management, event-driven architecture, and DevOps processes.
Drive stakeholder management, risk mitigation, resource planning, financial governance, and executive reporting.
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, SOW creation, technical proposals, and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, performance, scalability, and operational standards.
