Job Title: Package Consultant SAP HANA EPM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Package Consultant – SAP HANA EPM to design, implement, and support SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP HANA EPM, SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable financial planning and consolidation solutions while ensuring successful implementation and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP HANA EPM solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Configure and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, financial consolidation, and preparation ledger.
• Support business processes including:
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Financial Consolidation
• Intercompany Reconciliation
• Statutory & Management Reporting
• Conduct workshops with business users to understand reporting and planning requirements.
• Prepare Process Design Documents (PDD), Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.
• Configure SAP EPM applications based on approved business requirements.
• Perform Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, and enhancements.
• Integrate SAP EPM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and third-party reporting tools such as Workiva.
• Provide post-go-live support, production support, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, governance, and internal controls.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with SAP HANA Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.

• Experience integrating SAP EPM with SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and Workiva.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
• Experience preparing Functional Specifications and working with ABAP teams.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Group Reporting, SAP EPM, or SAP BPC is preferred.

Experience

• 5–12+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SAP HANA EPM or SAP Group Reporting implementation projects.
• Experience in production support and post-go-live stabilization.
