Package Consultant

Reliant Packaging Film is looking for Package Consultant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Plan and oversee the packaging process to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained. Manage a team of packaging operators, providing guidance and training as needed. Ensure that packaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and logistics to ensure that the necessary materials and supplies are available. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that packaging meets company standards and customer requirements. Work with the production and quality control teams to address any packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure that all packaging operations comply with safety and environmental regulations. Prepare reports on production and quality metrics and make recommendations for process improvements. Participate in the development and implementation of new packaging processes and technologies. Manage and track packaging waste and recycling. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
