Job Description
- Build and scale PayU for Startups, focusing on platformization across Payments & Data, Concierge, Ecosystem, Mentorship, Content, and Operations.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies to drive business growth, including content creation and demand generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and scale initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging expertise in RevOps and CRM hygiene.
- Manage and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record of building digital platforms, removing onboarding friction, and lifting activation/adoption at scale.
- Strong understanding of fintech/SaaS startups, with experience working with merchants, banks, and consumers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with data tools such as dashboards/BI, experimentation, and content-led GTM.
- Ability to learn cutting-edge concepts and innovate in an agile startup environment with global scale.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
