Overview

Overnite Transportation Company, later known as Overnite Express, was a major less-than-truckload (LTL) freight carrier in the United States. Founded in 1935, it provided regional, interregional, and national LTL services. It was acquired by UPS in 2005 and rebranded as UPS Freight in 2006. In 2021, UPS Freight was sold to TFI International and rebranded as TForce Freight.
