Job Summary

The Shift Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end shift operations, ensuring excellent customer service, effective complaint handling, smooth team coordination, and adherence to Theobromas quality, hygiene, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Shift Management:
  Manage complete shift operations including staff deployment, service flow, cash handling, and shift handover as per SOPs.
  
• Customer Service & Complaint Handling:
  Deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints professionally, ensure quick resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  
• Team Supervision:
  Supervise, guide, and motivate OSRs during the shift to ensure productivity, discipline, and service excellence.
  
• Operations Control:
  Ensure proper opening and closing procedures, billing accuracy, and smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
  
• Sales & Service Performance:
  Drive sales through suggestive selling, monitor service speed, and ensure achievement of shift-wise targets.
  
• Hygiene & Compliance:
  Maintain food safety, hygiene, grooming, and FSSAI compliance as per company standards.
  
• Inventory & Cost Control:
  Monitor stock usage, FIFO, wastage, and report shortages or discrepancies.
  
• Reporting:
  Prepare shift reports and communicate operational issues and customer feedback to the Outlet Manager.
