Role & responsibilities
- To make outgoing calls to customers.
- To resolve the customers complaint.
- To inform them about new products and services.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads/renewals from the people out called.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
Key Skills / Competencies:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi language
- Basic English language
- Should be Interactive
- Must have decent typing speed (at least 20 WPM)
