Oracle UIM, OSM, ASAP, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, OCI/AWS/Azure, REST/SOAP, Kafka
We are looking for an OSS Technical Architect with cloud-native expertise to lead design and delivery of end-to-end OSS solutions covering UIM, ASAP, and OSM for global telecom and enterprise clients.
  • Lead OSM/ASAP TA profile architecture and design for Oracle OSS platforms
  • Define end-to-end technical solutions across fulfillment, activation, inventory, and assurance
  • Integrate OSS with BSS, network elements, and third-party systems using APIs, MQ, Kafka, REST/SOAP
  • Prepare HLD/LLD, deployment architecture, and capacity plans
  • Support OSS software installation on-prem and cloud-native environments
  • Guide CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platform adoption (OCI, AWS, Azure)
  • 5+ years in OSS solution delivery; 2+ years as System Admin or Technical Architect
  • Hands-on with Oracle Communications OSS stack (UIM, ASAP, OSM)
  • Telecom domain experience across fulfillment, assurance, inventory, and activation
  • Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm expertise
  • Cloud platform experience (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
