Order Management Specialist

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Support the US sales division, with ensuring that all their orders and produced, dispatched and received by customers On Time In Full.
Overseeing deliveries from PO receipt from US customer, to dispatch until final delivery.
Co-ordinating between shipping line, US customs broker and US customers to ensure containers are delivered on time.
Being the first port of call for any stakeholders, in the India factory & US office to help resolve queries.
Working with the internal supply chain to help in getting goods delivered on time & in full.
Monitor monthly budgets for logistics, against SOP & price terms.
Carry out invoicing activities for orders, to give to customers.
Manage logistics of local delivery agents in the US, to ensure smaller truck loads can be delivered.
Speak directly to US based customers, in retail & wholesale on a very regular basis.
Tell US customers about new product developments being launch by the company.
Produce GIT reports, to ensure all stakeholders are aware on a weekly basis where their container is.
Monitor monthly sales budget and support in target achievement.
Drive improvements in business processes, work towards improving ERP system and reduction of manual work.
Develop internal process to resolve and reduce customer complaints. Establish good rapport with your customers.
Ensure documents related to exports, regulatory requirements are processed with accuracy.
Handling payments & payment reconciliations.
Following up with US customers to ensure payment is on time.
