Order Management Executive

We are looking for candidates with strong Order Management Skill.

Role & responsibilities

• Validate and process Sales Orders, Credit Memos, Stock Rotation RMAs, Incorrect Shipment RMAs, Credit & Rebills, and Service Contracts
• Check VMI, OEM & Parent inventory and ATP availability
• Coordinate Drop Ship / Direct Ship requirements
• Generate invoices and track package movement until delivery
• Provide support and coordination to customers and internal stakeholders
• Update CRM with order information and process orders within defined timelines
• Coordinate with Sales Representatives to clarify and resolve order-related issues
• Maintain daily order & backlog status reports
