Order Fulfilment & Logistics Executive (1-2 YearsExperience)
Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily e-commerce customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within agreed service levels.
• Arrange and monitor daily shipments through third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier partners.
• Track orders from dispatch to final delivery, proactively following up on delayed or exception shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and order records within the ERP/WMS system.
• Update order, shipment, tracking, and delivery information to ensure real-time visibility.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documentation.
• Monitor order processing performance and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for
• process improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfilment efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Order Fulfilment, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or an ecommerce environment.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end order fulfilment and shipment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience working with ERP systems (experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and courier management.
• Previous experience within an e-commerce environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
