Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS functional specifications.
- Configure and support Oracle Procurement modules (PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, etc.).
- Assist in system upgrades, patching, and testing for procurement-related modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and design solutions to optimize procurement workflows.
- Prepare functional design documents (MD050), test scripts, training materials, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, DBAs) on customizations (MD070, MD120).
- Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Monitor and resolve procurement system issues and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
