Job Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules.
• Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents.
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Planning solutions.
• Conduct CRP/UAT sessions and provide end-user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend best practices.
• Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
• Support data migration activities and production deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Oracle SCM Functional experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning, including:
• Supply Planning
• Demand Planning
• Replenishment Planning
• Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) (preferred)
• Planning Central
• Planning Collections
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, and Manufacturing integration.
• Experience with FBDI, ADFDI, and OTBI reports.
• Knowledge of Fusion Security and functional setups.
• Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
• Willingness to work in client-facing environments and travel if required.
