Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant - Order Management System (9-14 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion SCM solutions, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Fusion Order Management modules.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.

- Configure order orchestration, fulfillment, pricing, shipping, and related Order Management processes.

- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- Perform fit-gap analysis, solution design, functional testing, UAT support, and production deployment.

- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations, reports, and integrations.

- Support integrations with Oracle Fusion modules and third-party applications.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.

- Support Oracle Fusion quarterly upgrades, regression testing, and change management activities.

- Mentor junior consultants and participate in solution reviews and client workshops.

Required Skills :

- 9-14 years of ERP consulting experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM.

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Order Management.

- Expertise in Order Orchestration, Pricing, Shipping, Fulfillment, and Return Management.

- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain processes.

- Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, rollouts, or support projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion reporting, workflow configuration, and security concepts.

- Experience in functional testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management, Procurement, Shipping, or Manufacturing modules.

- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and SCM integrations.

- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Pricing, Global Order Promising (GOP), or Supply Chain Planning.

- Oracle Fusion SCM certification.

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
